Hi! I’m Seth. I’m a mixed breed boy, rescued from Ocean View as a stray. 

I enjoyed a couple of months of bliss in my lockdown foster home, but now I’m back at TEARS and looking for a place of my own for keeps where I’ll have all the attention and guidance that I need. Ideally, I would be happiest in a home where I’m the only four footed member of the family.
