Nourish Bowl

Build your own nourish bowl using this simple 3-step formula

Ingredients

  • Washed lettuce 
  • Spinach 
  • Cabbage
  • Cherry tomatoes 
  • Cucumber
  • Chickpeas 
  • Hemp seeds 
  • Homemade dressing 

Homemade Dressing

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp miso paste / tamari
  • 2 tbsp organic sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Grab a big bowl
  • Add washed lettuce + spinach + cabbage + cherry tomatoes + cucumber + chickpeas and whatever you have in the fridge 
  • Top with hemp seeds and homemade dressing 

Homemade Dressing 

Blend together in a high-speed blender and dollop onto salads or use as a veggie dip. If you prefer to drizzle your dressing add 2-3 tablespoons of water or until desired consistency.
